You can see however that whilst they have hired the top developers and designers to build the software, they are not too experienced in operating an online game. Promotions, loyalty schemes and community elements are not on the level of other UK bingo sites like Think Bingo or Bingonanza. Although their chatrooms are robust, sometimes there are too many people and CMs are not in every room.
In time we are sure Gala will sort out some of these issues and at least when they do they will have a platform that many will find hard to rival.
